1:1 Life Path Sessions

wish to learn simple daily tools to implement that actually make a difference
Life Path sessions combine intuitive guidance with holistic coaching techniques and empowering exercises to provide you with a customisable and supportive experience.
For this session to be the most effective, I initially provide a foundational analysis of your natal chart, consider numerological influences and provide intuitive readings. By understanding these aspects, you can enhance self awareness and strengthen your connection with yourself allowing you to confidently rediscover and assert your true identity. Therefore please provide your time and place of birth for access to your birth chart when booking. If you do not have this information, there is still much to gain from the rest of my work.
The focus of these sessions lies in developing your sense of self and exploring your values in relation to your life’s path, subconscious journey and how they affect your decisions. For example, have you ever been told you’re too sensitive, think too much or are too emotional? These comments can define you and shape your identity and relationships. Others’ expectations are simply their preferences, and prioritising their needs often results in neglecting your own leading to feelings of withdrawal, anger, shame, self sabotage and overwhelm. This disconnect can cause you to feel lost in trying to fit in and be unsure of your true identity or purpose, of which there may be many throughout your lifetime.
You can book sessions as needed; focusing on your self motivation, commitment and personal requirements instead of committing to lengthy programs or subscriptions. Please keep in mind however, that significant progress may require multiple sessions. My approach values your autonomy and centres on what is most important to you.
